Q: How can I find the right apartment for me and my family? |
A: In the menu of our homepage you will find a “Search” button. Putting the cursor over the “Search” button will open a submenu, allowing you to search for an apartment according to the number of sleeps you require. |
Q: What are your fees for finding appropriate housing? |
A: Our housing service is absolutely free for tenants. We only charge landlords for providing this service. |
Q: How can I secure an apartment? |
A: At the end of each apartment description you will find a “Secure” button. Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can complete your booking. Please be sure to fill in all your personal information. |
Q: How long is my booking valid? |
A: After you’ve secured your booking you will receive a booking confirmation within 3 days. You will then have 7 days to transfer your down-payment to our account. Once your down-payment has arrived your booking is final. |
Q: How much is the down-payment? |
A: The down-payment is 50% of the total apartment price. |
Q: What happens if I have to cancel my booking? |
A：The down-payment is not refundable. We recommand to buy a travel cancellation insurance in your country. |
Q: Are the apartments clean? |
A: Yes, all of our apartments meet western standards and have been approved by one of our employees. |
Q: Are there any extra charges?

A: Absolutely not. All prices shown are final prices, which include water, gas, electricity, ADSL and cleaning after departure. |
Q: Can you help me to buy tickets for the Olympics? |
A: Unfortunately we are unable to help you purchase tickets. Please choose only official ticketing channels or agencies to purchase your tickets. |
Q: Where are the venues and how far is my apartment from them? |
A: In the menu of our homepage, select “Service” to view a map of Beijing with all of the venues. Clicking on “Details” (at the end of the apartment descriptions) will show a list of the distances to all venues. |
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit? |
A: Yes. After you arrive you must pay a deposit of $1000USD to the landlord. If there are no damages during your stay you will get back the deposit before your departure. |
Q: How do I pay the rest of the money? |
A: There are two ways. You can transfer the money to our account one week before your arrival. Please note: International money order transactions take 7 days to complete. The second option is to pay the landlord directly in cash. Please note: Landlords do not accept cheques. |
Q: For which period are the shown prices? |
A: Prices are for the entire month of August, 2008, regardless how long you will stay. The price for 10 days is the same as the price for 30 days. |
